Warranty

Please note: your retailer is your first point of contact should you have any questions or concerns about your mattress or mattress warranty. If your retailer cannot service you or you can’t reach your retailer, please follow the instructions below to file a warranty claim. You will need your original store receipt and information from the law tag on your mattress.

Adventure Mattress products are made with the finest care and quality of craftsmanship, providing you with years of comfort and support. Adventure Mattress warrants against defects in workmanship and/or materials of your sleep set. In the unlikely event the mattress and/or foundation has a manufacturing defect after purchase, your Adventure mattress and/or foundation will be replaced (at Adventure Mattress’s option) without charge, except for transportation costs. Please refer to the Adventure Mattress Warranty below to view what is covered. If you observe a defect, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the set to file your claim before filling out the below claim form. If the dealer cannot be reached, please submit a request below to file a warranty claim. To successfully file a warranty claim, proof of purchase and an image of the lawtag must be provided (including date of purchase).
